Qualifications/Experience
Education/Accredited Programs
· B.S. in Pharmacy required
· Pharm. D. highly desired
Experience/Proficiencies/Licenses
· PGY2 in Emergency Medicine/ Critical Care, or 3 years equivalent experience
· Current, active license to practice pharmacy in New York State; or eligible for reciprocate licensure from another state required
· ACLS and PALS certifications required
· BCPS, BCCCP, or BCEMP preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of current pharmacy principles and practices related to medication reconciliation, and drug therapy review
- Knowledge of pharmacy principles in critical care, toxicology and emergency care setting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to questions quickly and accurately and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Ability to work independently within established policies and procedures
- Ability to accomplish established program goals and objectives
- Ability to exercise judgment, tact, and diplomacy

Salary Range
The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $51.71 to $73.48 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
