Instructions to Internal Applicants

Please complete the entire form including an electronic signature at the bottom and attach an electronic resume if available. Minimum qualifications must be met to be considered. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • Employees must be in their current position for at least six (6) months per Glens Falls Hospital Human Resources Policy "Transfers and Promotions."
  • If you are interviewed by the hiring department, a reference check may be conducted.
  • Employees must be in good standing.
